Today I completed my 3rd week of consolidation runs. I have mainly stuck to 3 x 30 min runs but have run 5k twice which took me about 45 mins. The thing I’ve never changed is my route. So on Monday I’m going to run a new circular route that involves track, fields, road and woodlands and is just under 5k. I’m so excited to even think that I can do this.
I’m still going at 5.30 though so nobody see 😉🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
So to all newbies out there starting the plan.....please have faith in yourself and the plan. If I can do this...anyone can.

Sounds lovely. My favourite runs are off road. Well done on your consolidation - especially the 5k. Continuing after the programme is often harder so you are a true runner now. Enjoy your run 😊
