Thanks 😊 I hung on for a bit and didn’t go out until 7.30 but it was still pretty warm 🥵 hopefully it’ll be cooler at 9am on Saturday 👍🏻

Good luck for Saturday Coco-Major. It's definitely so much harder trying to run when it's hot. I try to run early in the morning to avoid the heat 🌡️ ☀️
