I find morning runs better for me too as then it’s over with and don’t find excuses not to do it, also it’s great to feel like you accomplished it as you feel good the rest of the day😇🤣

We are all different. I am a pre 06.00 runner, my husband is an evening runner, they all count.

Personally I prefer the quiet, and the fact that I can enjoy the feeling of wellbeing for the whole day 🤩
