Congratulations on running run 3 of week 5, it should not be dreaded, well done, that 20 minute run is a milestone run on C25k, onwards and upwards to runs 1 and 2 of week 6, but be careful with those two runs as they have interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minute run of week 5's run 3.

You were criticised for that?? Really??!! I love that this is a supportive site but surely it’s about being honest too as none of us are children! From what I’ve seen on here, a lot of people DO dread W5R3 so surely instead of pretending these feelings aren’t there, we should all instead be honest about them, then celebrate the fact that they are usually irrational!
