Hi everyone completed the final run just now. I am so grateful for the support on here wishing everyone the very best and I know a lot people say this but if I can do it 47 mum of seven overweight less overweight now 😊 truly anyone can I have tried and failed many times just keep.repeating and eventually you will do it. Remember to use the rest days too I didnt before and got injured. Love and light everyone have the best day Happy Running Z❤🏃👍
