Super chuffed with this mornings run! First 28 minute run and managed to just toe it over the line to 5k too. I can relax, or so to speak, going forward :D. Looking at my pace, it's a bit all over the place, so perhaps that's something to work on.

I'm going to be recommending C25K to everyone. A few months ago, I couldn't imagine being where I am now. I might start doing park runs too - feel a bit more confident with it all
