So, despite it being over 20°C (in Scotland!?) and after Monday's over enthusiasm resulting in a short run, tonight's run was PB. Granted, it's only the third time I've recorded running 5k non-stop (Saturday's parkrun recorded only 4.7k), but still, shaving over a minute off my previous PB needs some celebration* I think...
*large glass of ice cold water and a long shower...

The 4th km is the real achievement as there is a short but very steep climb of about 20m elevation right at the start of it. I hate that stretch...
That sounds tough, to come at that stage in the run as well. I would hate that too 👍 though with more runs it should become more tolerable 😊
Ah, but that horrible uphill stretch will eventually give you glutes of steel. Steel, I tell you!
