I have just completed Week 7 Run 2! After a serious low during Runs 1 & 2 in Week 6, these longer runs have really been picking me up again ☺️ I have actually found them much easier than stop-starting over the past couple of weeks. I’m loving chucking on a podcast and just taking it easy in the sun for these runs! So close to the end goal now!

I found I preferred the longer runs too. Glad I'm not the only "strange" one around here... And I was exactly the same, no need to worry about stop/start, just tune into what I had planned for listening to, and off I went.

It is lovely running weather isn't it! 😎 I'm happy to hear you're finding the runs easier now they're longer softcat - I wonder if you thought you'd be saying that when you started 7 weeks ago...
I agree about longer runs when you're just going slow and steady, I'm looking forward to my 30 minutes run on Friday, just being able to go without thinking about how long you've been going to try and anticipate when Laura will chime in. I might even put on a week 9 C25K podcast actually!
