So today was w7r1, which is the same as w6r3. Anyone that read that post may remember me saying how I smiled through the last 5 minutes as I knew I was going to finish it. Well today I smiled through the whole 25mins, despite realising that I had n no headphones so ran with no music. So I just thought happy thoughts of how I was changing my life by following this app.
I feel sooo good: So today was w7r1, which is... - Couch to 5K

Really, really happy to hear it Stevie 😊👏👊👍🏃 this running stuff really is really rewarding isn't it❗ and you did it naked! Good for you, even I've not tried that yet.
Well done on your first run of week 7, I hope you have a great evening and rest day tomorrow and hope to hear w7r2 goes just as well for you-you'll be running for 30 minutes in no time at all and I'm confident you'll be more than ready for it when it comes around in a week or so.
I must advise you to take it slow and steady or Oldfloss might shout at me 😉😄

Well done Stevie. I found w7r1 the hardest in the 9 weeks for some reason so congrats to you. I loved every run after that. Not sure how fast you are but take care with parkrun. The advice is to do your normal C25k run and walk the rest of the way. Doing more running puts you at risk of injury. I knew that, ignored it and so speak from experience! Good luck and enjoy your running
