3 day gap after being really tired after the week 5 , 20 minute run. Went Ok. First half was up a gradual incline but the thought of running down the incline on the way back kept me going.

Well done for reaching week 6 😊 I'm glad you're back to it after your break, the 20 minute run is the one most people find more of a challenge, you've passed a significant milestone and 🏆 will be yours when you're ready!

The thought of running down hills is the ONLY thing that motivates me to go up them!
