None run day 🌞

Well after some sound advice this morning from some lovely people on here, i decided to go for a brisk walk on my rest day. Finished work early so earphones in, music on and off I went, with the sun shining down on me, I clocked up 4000 steps β˜€οΈ and I feel great! Thanks guys πŸ˜πŸ‘

Good for you! A brisk walk in this gorgeous sunshine sounds perfect. Photo is lovely - it must have been a beautiful walk. No wonder you feel great! 🌞 + 🌳 = 😊

So glad that you enjoyed your walk today Dell-dot, lovely photo as well, 4000 steps suggests that you walked around 3 to 4 kilometers which is very good on a lovely day like it is today.

I walked exactly 5 kilometers today in preparation on running it in the next couple of weeks, it came to according to Mapmywalk to 6043 steps, I know now exactly where the 1 Kilometre splits are.

Lol yeah I have tried to take pics when running but no it really doesn't work πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
