Its not my breath that seems to be the limit but my legs. How do I strengthen them, but please do not suggest the gym since I really could not stand going to the gym, thanks

Well done on completing week 8! I've just finished 7 and I'm the same as you, my legs seem to be the limiting factor now, they get so tired by the end of the run. I'm hoping they slowly strengthen over time... Although getting the bike out might be a good idea too...
I haven’t done gym or anything but have consistently ran 3-4 times weekly since graduating, started last October , starting slower has been key for me and the legs hold out better , I’m up to 9km for my longer run of the weeks, shorter 5k if I pace easier at the start I’ve something in the legs at the end
