W1r1 done it might not sound much to most people on here but I have started and up and running. My question is to people that are more experienced than me at this but what sort of exercises if any should I do on a rest day?

congratulations on completing first run, you have made a good start🏃‍♀️

Initially just keep each run slow,🐢 drink plenty water and make sure you take rest days. In the early days walking on rest days helpful

Well done on getting started, I was were you are just 7 weeks ago..now running for a constant 25 minutes. Believe in yourself..you can do this.!! 😊
