Hi first time in the rain wasn’t looking forward much preferred to stay in my pit, but Sarah little voice in my head saying you can do it flower spurred me on glad I did really enjoyed it 😊

well done completing week2, I use Sarah aswell to keep me going😂

Dont worry about doing week 3 , have your rest day then slowly slowly🐢👍
