I began running on 8th April and yesterday ran for 30mins. It was so tough but running with some incredible ladies I did it. I still can’t quite believe it so doing it again tomorrow.

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

If you only started on April 8th then you have made remarkable progress and I believe that you must have exceeded the programme at some point..........either missed runs or missed rest days. Neither of these are considered to be a good idea.

The slow steady progression of C25K is designed to keep injury risk minimal and pushing beyond is increasing likelihood of injury.

Take care.

Enjoy your journey.
