It has been chucking it down all day so didn’t even get a walk at lunch. Was so pleased when I got home and it had cleared up. I am determined to get under 30 mins in the next couple of weeks, going to have a couple of days rest now and go out Saturday. I have seriously got the running bug- I love it!! What an amazing plan C25K is, haven’t been this fit since I was about 14!!!

Wow... you’re really close to that 30 minute 5k... fresher legs in a couple of days might well do it... if not, try running one or two deliberately slowly to keep building the running legs while also leaving some in the tank for the next one.
