Omg. I did it. 20 minutes continuous running. After 2 minutes I was thinking I'm not going to get through this, but I slowed it down,started thinking more in segments of time rather than this is a 20 minute run and then I found it easier. Funny how the mind works.

Amazing, congratulations!! It's an amazing feeling isn't it! And so true how much of a mental exercise it is even more than a physical one! Now for a well earned rest day before moving onto week 6 π

Congratulations, what a wise thing you did Stevieplink on slowing down after the first two minutes of that 20 minute run, run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks πΆ and runs π
