And I did it!
Week 5 run 3 done. 20 solid minutes done.
I was feeling really nervous as I didn't get this far last time (when the sciatica kicked in) so today was a real milestone.
My breathing seemed to get into a rhythm after about ten minutes so I'm hoping this will become less and less of a thing I have to concentrate on and become more natural.
Onwards to week 6 π
