I was feeling really nervous as I didn't get this far last time (when the sciatica kicked in) so today was a real milestone.
My breathing seemed to get into a rhythm after about ten minutes so I'm hoping this will become less and less of a thing I have to concentrate on and become more natural.
Onwards to week 6 π

Great job. That 10 minute thing is common, most runners are affected by the toxic 10. Celebrate this milestone, then slow and steady into week 6 and then you got this.
