And I did it!

Week 5 run 3 done. 20 solid minutes done.

I was feeling really nervous as I didn't get this far last time (when the sciatica kicked in) so today was a real milestone.

My breathing seemed to get into a rhythm after about ten minutes so I'm hoping this will become less and less of a thing I have to concentrate on and become more natural.

Onwards to week 6 😁

Congratulations to you Slingy68 on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K.

Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚢 and runs πŸƒ

As the durations increase and if you need

to you can slow down. I run following this technique & it *really* helped me with my breathing. I first saw it in W6 and it changed everything for me!

Great job. That 10 minute thing is common, most runners are affected by the toxic 10. Celebrate this milestone, then slow and steady into week 6 and then you got this.
