So w6r3 done, feeling great. It Was ok, last 5minutes I had to reallllly push myself. But I enjoy the longer runs more than the intervals... and I can not believe I am saying that! I honestly was not a runner at all, probably could say hated it, wasnt good at it, but I feel I'm getting somewhere following this programme. Amazing. I have a 5k event on Monday that i signed up for a couple of months ago in order to get me motivated to do c25k, so I think that will be a challenge. I just about broke the 4k mark today, not sure where I should be at on the plan?? Interested to see how far people are reaching during there runs?
Keep running guys, follow the plan, when you think "theres no chance I can do the next run" trust me, you really can!

Congratulations Trying83, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER by completing run 3 of week 6, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs ๐ ๐.
Fantastic, well done ๐๐ป๐โโ๏ธ I completely agree with what you are saying - I have a friend that runs a lot and I would always say thatโs not for me, I hate running!
Now I canโt get enough and I am always looking to schedule my next run. 4K on week 6 is AMAZING. You will not be far off 5k at 30 mins if youโre off at all. There is a poll on here showing how far each graduate has run by their last 30 minute run so please donโt worry if you canโt do it in 30 minutes to begin with. You will smash it. Good luck for next week!
Youโll be pleased to know there are no more intervals just running from now on. Many of us donโt hit 5k when we graduate - weโre really learning to run for 30 minutes. Youโll find other people walking part of the 5k so youโll be fine. Good luck!
