I have just finished running for 25 min!! I feel so good (mentally) but physically knackered haha! I have noticed that during the last 5 min I wasn't able to talk although I was running as slowly as possible, how can I pace myself correctly? Another point, 10 min through, my right leg (ankle muscle?) felt numb and it seemed that my left leg was doing all the effort! Is that normal?
Thank you!

Usually in situations like you have told us about you probably ran too fast for the first 10 minutes or so, didn't drink enough water the previous day, so for the first run of week 7, drink plenty of water the day before you run and run a little slower than you did today, by the way congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER 🏃 😊.
