Hi all, I hope everyone is well!!

Well due to one thing or another the last run I did was on the 18th April and that was Week 6, Run 1.

I’m fully aware this was a few weeks ago now and have done nothing else at all since then so wondering where to go from here?

Shall I restart the whole thing? From week 1? Or not that far back? Or try the next run?

Sorry gang, I’ve no idea what to do but really want to get my great big lazy butt back into action and crack on with the running again!

NO, you don't need to go back to week 1, rerun run 1 of week 6 perhaps 3 times over 7 days, on Wednesday, Friday and Monday or whatever days suits you.

Only if you have not been running for a much longer time, then you would have to go back to the first week.

If you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it advises that you lose next to no discernible condition in the first two weeks of non running..... pick up where you left off.
