I’m actually really proud of myself. I never thought I could do this, I dread every run but I love the feeling of achievement at the end. Hopefully this continues. I’m doing it for my two little ones, I don’t want to be this weight/this unfit anymore!

Good on you, I feel apprehensive each time as well. Just having done Wk2 run1 and wondering when that anxiety stops.

well done you -keep it going, I can identify with the feeling of dread before runs - I am due to finish week 3 and am already wondering if I will manage week 4 but starting to get a bit of a buzz after completing each run so perhaps this is a positive change starting in mind set?
