Maybe you should invest in buying a pair of proper running shoes, they are not cheap, but first you could book for a gait analysis in a specialist sports shop, I understand that it will take around 40/45 minutes, after that you can try out several different types of running shoes based on the result of the gait analysis, hopefully once you get the new shoes your feet won't feel so sore.

Definately check your shoes. Make sure you're wearing the right size. Sounds simple but proper running shoes should be half to a full size bigger than your street shoe size. If new shoes are not an option at least take your current shoes to a run shop and just ask their opinion on sizing.
It can also be a good idea to massage your feet. If they're not used to much hard work it's all new. 👍

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and includes advice on minimising impact, the most important being to wear proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop.
Enjoy your journey.
