Well that was an eye opener. After feeling really comfortable with W5R3 I thought today would be a breeze (even Laura said the last 5 minutes should be 'simple' - it seems she CAN be wrong after all).
I managed to get to the end without slowing down but it was much more of a slog in the last 5 minutes...the last three were a real psychological battle (Just get to the end of the minute...then the next...then the next).
I usually feel elated at the end of a run but today not so much.
Anyway, I got there in the end. Hopefully runs 2 and 3 will be better (although running 25 minutes nonstop in Mexico will be a challenge....hope the gym has aircon!).

I always warn people about run 1 of week 6 because of their interval walks and runs and tell them to be especially slow and steady wih them, take run 2 also particularly slowly, that you will be glad to hear is the last run with interval walks and runs
