I did week 6 run 1 this morning so im around 3 and a half weeks off finishing the couch to 5k so im starting to think about what after couch to 5k.
At this moment in time im thinking of wanting to move onto 10k as a target. But id like advice on what apps are the best to use to do this. I like the discipline and set up of couch to 5k so im here to ask if theres something similar to get me a planned traing to get to 10k running.
