Final week this week

I'm starting week 9 this week and I can not believe that I am actually going to finish this , I'm 50 this year and 7 stone over weight , and my final run on the course will be a Park Run where I will get my first official 5k time . Then I'm looking to complete as many different Park Runs that I can and work on my pace

Well done , I’ve just done wk 9 r1 and hoping to finish mine on a park run . I’m 59 and a few kilos to loose too 😁 wish I’d started this years ago , good luck on graduation
