So I saw on here that others had managed successfully and thereās a pinned post about blips with the app so I changed PT have just put Michael Johnson, and he says welcome to week 5 and says this is run 3 so it seems all good š¤ hopefully I will be able to go back to Sarah Millican for week6 as sheās fab, love it when she have a small snack such as a banana so unlike her!! š¤£
Sorry about that Busterrunbuddy but you probably already have lost your progress, that does happen from time to time.
The best thing to do is to destall the app then reinstall it, very annoying I know, perhaps someone might be able to help you, but that is the only way I can think of to get the app going again. If you have ran run 3 of week 5, congratulations.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... although it only tells you how to access the app and podcasts, which are an option.
You can, I believe, fast forward any run, do do not need to redo it.
The app is very flaky at the moment. If you leave a message on this post healthunlocked.com/couchto5... then there may be an answer.
The app developers are nothing to do with this site.
