The app shows the run, but Sarah Millican repeats week 3!! Help?! Where can I get support to correct this? If I restart the app I will lose my progress šŸ˜¢

So I saw on here that others had managed successfully and thereā€™s a pinned post about blips with the app so I changed PT have just put Michael Johnson, and he says welcome to week 5 and says this is run 3 so it seems all good šŸ¤ž hopefully I will be able to go back to Sarah Millican for week6 as sheā€™s fab, love it when she have a small snack such as a banana so unlike her!! šŸ¤£

I love Sarah Millican too as my PT. Iā€™ve had her since the beginning, sheā€™s so chirpy and upbeat I donā€™t think I could switch to another PT now! Thanks for the follow up. Iā€™ll be aware if my app plays up in future. Shame as there a lot of posts about the mobile app not working properly .

Sorry about that Busterrunbuddy but you probably already have lost your progress, that does happen from time to time.

The best thing to do is to destall the app then reinstall it, very annoying I know, perhaps someone might be able to help you, but that is the only way I can think of to get the app going again. If you have ran run 3 of week 5, congratulations.

I will have a look and see, all progress still there at the mo! I re ran run 2 of week 5 as the dog was getting restless waiting for me to sort it lol!

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... although it only tells you how to access the app and podcasts, which are an option.

You can, I believe, fast forward any run, do do not need to redo it.

The app is very flaky at the moment. If you leave a message on this post healthunlocked.com/couchto5... then there may be an answer.

The app developers are nothing to do with this site.

Yes thatā€™s right you can fast forward. I did it to log my progress for some of the continuous runs when I had timed them on my watch without using the app.
