So close now! For your consolidation runs just stick to 3x30 until that’s comfortable, then after x weeks (took me 6) you can work on increased durations *or* pace. Key thing to remember when we’ve completed c25k we’ve run a little over 8 hours (fantastic, but not huge amount of time), and so we need a good few more miles under our belts before stretching ourselves further. Enjoy your graduation run!
