So, for those that saw my previous post.... I went and did it!!! And I'm sooo glad I did. My legs didnt ache as much as previous runs, it actually was an easier run than I'd anticipated, started really slow, picked up the pace a little as went along, I would say the last 3 minutes were the hardest, had to keep telling myself Ive done 17 mins I CAN do another 3. I would definitely advise anyone who is trying to talk themselves out of doing a particularly run, go out and face it, you'll be glad you did.

I assume that you have ran the 20 minutes of W5R3, '17 minutes I can do another 3'. 😊 Congratulations, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃

Well done, it’s so easy to talk yourself out of doing the runs but you’ve got the momentum going now and went and did it!

Well done! I’ve just put my trainers on for W5r3 and have been through all the excuses so there’s only one thing for it!
