Just completed W5R3! 20:44 just to be sure Doing this in the morning made all of the difference for me. It was foggy, humid, thick! I was not pretty site but I did it!
Yes!!!!: Just completed W5R3! 20:44 just to be... - Couch to 5K
Yes!!!!

Brilliant Burgdude. It's the best run of the whole programme, because it's the one when you prove to yourself that you CAN do it and you WILL graduate.

Fantastic. It feels great when you get that 20 minute run out of the way. Roll on week 6, eh? Good luck

Congratulations - that's one of the 'biggies' and it's a great feeling to get it under your belt. Watch out for week 6 which many people find a tricky one - more than half way through the programme now and two thirds of the way towards running for 30 mins!
Its a lovely feeling finishing that run. Well done

Euphoric! Well done Burgdude, and a great time in the humidity, too. Have a well-earned few days rest.

Super.! Your first big run... and hopefully the first of many more.

Great news on getting week5r3 done, especially in tricky conditions. Happy running and good luck with week 6.

well done, a good one to get under your belt, so gratifying to actually do it, be aware of week 6 it sounds loads easier, its not !!

Ta daaaaah!!! Nice work!
That's it, no going back now ... the BEST buzz finishing those 20:44 minutes!
Cool Runnings to you

Well done Burgdude - and hurray for all of us that never thought we'd get that far. I also have just completed W5R3 on a hot sticky morning - and my face is red and sweaty - but do I care? We did it!

It is the best one isn't it?
Well done to everyone who has just completed W5r3 - you're now well set up to complete the challenge!

Congratulations Burgdude! Way to go. It does feel good to get that one done.

Congrats Burgdude for your 20 whole minutes! When I did mine I had my 19 year old daughter with me and went ahead of me running faster, but after about 10 minutes she had to walk! I ( the 60 yr old mom) was able to keep going!! BTW, she is doing the program now- W3R3......... Won't be long till she is zooming past me- haha

Congratulations, feels great beating this one doesn't it
