Just completed W5R3! 20:44 just to be sure :) Doing this in the morning made all of the difference for me. It was foggy, humid, thick! I was not pretty site but I did it!

Brilliant Burgdude. It's the best run of the whole programme, because it's the one when you prove to yourself that you CAN do it and you WILL graduate. :)

Fantastic. It feels great when you get that 20 minute run out of the way. Roll on week 6, eh? Good luck :)

Congratulations - that's one of the 'biggies' and it's a great feeling to get it under your belt. Watch out for week 6 which many people find a tricky one - more than half way through the programme now and two thirds of the way towards running for 30 mins!

Euphoric! Well done Burgdude, and a great time in the humidity, too. Have a well-earned few days rest.

Great news on getting week5r3 done, especially in tricky conditions. Happy running and good luck with week 6.

Well done Burgdude - and hurray for all of us that never thought we'd get that far. I also have just completed W5R3 on a hot sticky morning - and my face is red and sweaty - but do I care? We did it!

Congrats Burgdude for your 20 whole minutes! When I did mine I had my 19 year old daughter with me and went ahead of me running faster, but after about 10 minutes she had to walk! I ( the 60 yr old mom) was able to keep going!! BTW, she is doing the program now- W3R3......... Won't be long till she is zooming past me- haha
