A good lunchtime run today nice and steady and somehow quicker than run 1. The lesson for me here is the less I think about it the better is all is.
Run 3 on Sunday. It should be a blast.

A successful run for me is when I’m lost in thoughts completely get that. Enjoy your final run of C25K!!!

That’s definitely how I’ve learned to run for longer. Don’t over think it, get the gear on, and find a podcast to get lost in, so I don’t over think it while running. Have a great time on Sunday - it’s such an amazing experience! All power to you!
