Have just done this one but the app loaded W3 instead of W5R3. So there I was all psyched up for my first 20 minute non-stop run with the wrong level of support! So I just ran all the way through and stopped when Sarah said to cool down, but I don’t think I did the full 20 minutes - perhaps 18?? Can’t see how to feed back on this, does anyone else know?
