Graduated this afternoon from c25k..... never experienced this before but once Jo Whiley had sed 10mins left I looked at my watche carried on was running and running thought bloody long looked at my watch 12 mins had passed so slowed down looked at my phone and the app had paused 😮 which has never happened the whole 9weeks 😏😏 never mind ran 2 more minutes 😂.
I can’t believe how much the app has helped me. I may do week 9 again or I may go on to ju-jus magical plan but I no I’ll continue running until the big day 6th oct Cardiff half marathon

Fantastic - many congratulations on such an amazing achievement! Consolidate your running for a few weeks of 3x30 - every week has been an increase so it’s good to bed this in before stretching yourself some more. I redid the graduation run multiple times - for the timings and the encouragement! After a few weeks of consolidation you’ll be ready to do more. Well done to you 👏👏💪🏅🏆🎉🥂
Congratulations! Celebrate well. It’s recommended to consolidate every few months of your running, and so it’s worth doing that for the first time now. This means that Jo can make amends for bunking off early today too! After that enjoy that journey to 10k and all your future running adventures
