My MCL is very painful

I think I have strained my MCL I having a lot of pain trying to my pull leg up😭. Only on weak two last run today. going to give it a couple of days rest and try to start wk 3

Hopefully it’s nothing too severe and you’ll be back soon. I twisted a knee at about the same stage and initially it was frustrating, then I realised it was my first sporting injury in 30 years, which made me quite proud of it.

Do as much other fitness work as you can so long as it won’t aggravate the affected area... seated workouts are available!
