Welcome and well done so far... over half way.
Scheduling can be difficult, just keep doing what you’ve been doing (the warmup to cooldown duration doesn’t change much) and once you’re through the plan and consolidation then you can vary your runs up... sometimes when I have no time, especially on a Thursday, I just lace up and squeeze 10 minutes in.
The aches are related to pushing your limits... so they will diminish once you graduate if not before. Pains can be part of that, sharp and sudden pain is a stop signal of course.
Are you low on energy a lot? Have you checked that you’re eating enough?
