This morning I completed week 3 run 3, and waved goodbye to another week of the programme. Really pleased. Went out with my brother who runs a lot, and was nice to have that moral support.
Starting week 4 on Friday and will be running with my boyfriend who also runs frequently. Really nervous about week 4 to be honest, with the 3 and 5 min runs, but remaining optimistic, trusting the programme and will keep it slow and steady and ensure I complete the times.
Any tips for going into week 4? I would love to hear your experiences on how you found the week 3 --> Week 4 transition!

Hi, well Done! So, I used to think I couldnt get past the 90 second run! I think week 4 is a difficult one, so dont feel deflated if you find it a struggle, but it's amazing feeling when you've completed it, you can do it just slow down if your struggling. I completed w5r1 yesterday - with difficulty really, but I think I'm struggling in different ways now, I used to feel I couldn't go on because of being out of breath etc, but now I'm getting pain in my calves, which I think is down to lack of stretching and not hydrating enough. So I'm working on that. Good luck, and keep going.
Thank you so much for your comment and those great tips. That’s so helpful. And huge congratulations to you you’re doing so amazing! It’s good you have your breathing sorted and that’s something I am still working on at the moment. Good luck for you too with week 5 and I hope it goes well!
