Welcome to the forums... great job so far.
The run you are repeating there is amusing to me... it’s a run that catches many out and this amongst the toughest runs on the plan.
So long as the gaps aren’t too long you can have a few days here and there where you don’t run and just carry on with the next run. A week here can be 6 days, 7, 8... maybe 10. I read an article that said one run a week maintains us, two improves us and obviously 3 does too.
That said, while there may be no need to repeat a run... every single time you run it makes you fitter, stronger and a better runner... so repeating a run does no physical harm, it can only benefit. Mentally, so long as you’re not repeating the run to avoid the next one, that’s fine too. This is your journey and you will complete it your way and on your schedule.
If you need an extended break for any reason, it takes two weeks off to start losing fitness... less than that and you should be good to go.
Enjoy your journey.
