It is a gloomy day here today, with a little drizzle. But I am in graduation week and nothing can stop me. I lost Laura, again, at 9 minutes into the run. I ran without music for a bit but needed the music to help me up my little hill. After the turn at halfway, I felt like I could run forever. My back was killing me, but I had a good pace and just kept going. I went over again, there is no way I am going to stop too soon at this point. I shut down my tracker and discovered I ran for 36 minutes, 2.81 km. I need to figure out a backup for Laura. I read the warnings about doing too much, too soon, so I'm going to use the timer on my fitbit and set it to 30 minutes...just-in-case.
