Week8, run 1 done and it was a good one! Knackered obv and still once or twice I’d a head row when I though I might give up 🤪 but overall I felt good and found my pace nicely. Such a beaut day too.

I can run 28 mins straight!! Wow wow wow though!!! Never in my life have I been a runner and it’s an amazing feeling.

One question: the 5 min walks either side, keep doing these or should I be starting to replace with stretches?
