Hi 👋🏻 I’m new to this forum so just wanted to say hi. I’ve just finished week 3 run 1 and I’m so happy I’ve managed to do it! I have tried to start this before and gave up because i wasn’t in the right frame of mind but I can’t believe I’m actually doing it 😊 I’m really overweight but have always wanted to run so I thought this would be a great place to start.

Hi and well done! It’s amazing how quick the weeks fly by. I have a lot of weight to lose too but am now running (very slowly) for 25 mins reasonably confidently and feel so much better for it. Amazed how much it’s helping my mental health as well, I feel much more calm and confident than 8 weeks ago. It’s a great program.

That’s great! Thank you for replying. I’ve noticed such a difference since week one so I can’t imagine what ill be like by the end. 😊
