Gathered up my trainers, key, playlist, stress, all my persistent insecurities and took the whole lot out and did week 7 run 1. I might be a scaredy-cat and have loads of work fears......but.....I DID IT 😁!!!! Couldn’t wait to share 😁

I actually prefer to run when stressed as the feeling I get at the end is of freedom! And the stresses all stayed in the beginning of the run, all the negative talk stays behind, all the judgements in my head, and the last sprint it’s just the cherry on the top! I imagine myself winning the race and I stay on high for the whole day. Just brilliant! Well done, week 7 was scary as it’s all about running but totally doable if you follow the program .
