Week 4 run 1 and feeling good!

Wow, just completed w4r1! I've never been keen on exercise since school, but this is really giving me a sense of achievement. At the start of the month I struggled to run for 30 seconds, and now I've just run for 16 minutes!

I'm an overweight mid 40s man, never thought I would get this far. I was dreading this run as I thought it would be too much for me but I surprised myself, and didn't feel too bad during the run either. Looking forward to run 2!
