First 5k park run after graduating C25K.

Hi everyone! I recently joined after reading a number of really motivational posts. They helped get me to the end of my couch 2 5k. So thank you! I couldn’t even run for one minute at the beginning of this year and yesterday completed my first 5k park run. Yes I was slow and today my legs hurt but feeling such a sense of achievement. If I can do it anyone can!!!

Thanks again to all those on here that have inspired my journey so far. 😍
