Week 9:1 & Happy Easter to All!

Happy Easter Everyone! I hope you all have a great day...be it a run day or a rest day!

Woohoo my knee is better 😊 and so managed another Parkrun this time along the seafront! It was SO hot though, even at 9am! But I took it slowly and just walked for a bit after I reached 30 mins running on the app. I really do love these Park Runs! I was so red and hot afterwards and definitely prefer running in the cooler weather.

Next weekend I’m in Nice and it’s a shame there isn’t a Park Run there along the promenade as will be my graduation run!! My partner says he will map out a 5K run for me and so will do that! Can’t wait!

Happy Easter to you 'futurefit' I am having a rest day from some of the reruns I have been doing recently as last week was a year since I started C25K, yesterday I reran run 1 of week 4, tomorrow I'll do run 1 of week 3 and on Wednesday I'll start on week 5, I wish you good luck for your graduation run next weekend in Nice along les Prom des Anglais (English Promenade) your friend can measure out the 5K.
