I’m new to running outside but have found the C25K app such a great motivator. I’m slow and steady but I think it’s good that I am actually doing it. I struggled yesterday morning as I woke up with a sore throat, but still managed to do my first 28 minutes without stopping. Am going to look for someone to run with once I graduate as I think this will keep me going. Have always wanted to run but felt nervous going out there, so glad I took the first step and this forum is a wonderful place to get inspiration, thank you (0: x

Well done. I’m week 8 r3 and I’m doing the runs but I do find them tiring. I didn’t run till about 19.30 yesterday and it was still to hot ! That’s definitely going to be my problem going forward. It’ll have to be early tea and late runs ! Don’t do mornings 😴
