Feeling great after yesterday's wobble

W4r1 well after a wobble yesterday and some good advice from people and support I woke up this morning at 5,10 unable to sleep and all I could think about was running! Since I went out yesterday I didn't know what to do as today should of been a rest day.... But I really wanted to go. So after 40mins of self talk I though sod it got up and was out the door by 6.30, so first run of w4 and guess what?,... I totally smashed it!! I now feel great no it wasn't easy as the running is now more than the walking but I feel amazing for having done it, and I will definitely take my rest day tomorrow.

We all have our wobbles!

I had a wobble of my own yesterday and found myself in the doldrums ahead of my W4R1, so I could really sympathise! I got myself up and outside and once I started running I went from feeling “Meh” to “Woohoo “ in 30 minutes. Isn’t it wonderful how running can sort you out? It put me in a great mood.
