I have been stuggling for month with my jogging again so thought I would try outside for once and I find it so much harder is it worth going back a few week and working my way back up. All I have ever done is the treadmill and think I maybe started to get fed up so would give up too easy. And advice or help would be welcomed.

Hey,
I started C25k on the treadmill up until W5 when I took a leap of faith to run outdoors. My treadmill is fairly narrow so I was constantly aware of where I was putting my feet and whether I was actually running properly! Lol
I have had 3 runs out now and I feel I’m now getting into a better rhythm, I don’t think I’ll go back to the treadmill.
I guess you have to do what’s most comfortable for you. X

dont give up i did all my c25k on tredmill it took me a while before i got outside but now i find outside fantastic just stick to slow and steady and you will get there i have just done my hm and not as hard as you think honest
I completed the full couch to 5k last year but have struggled completing the full 60mins since Christmas. This morning was my firt outside jog and I think I found it harder as is not flat like the treadmill. So If I jump back a few week and redo them should hopefully help me get better outside
