Not run again for sometime due to injury. It kind of sucks but I donโt want to cause my self more injury. Iโm jealous when I see people running and hear all their great stories on here. ๐. Iโm doing stretches twice a day. Still possibly fancy yoga but would need to squeeze it in to an already hectic schedule!
Iโm toying with the idea of cycling for a bit to build strength but also giving my legs a less high impact workout.
I miss the feeling you get when your run is done. Itโs a sort of warm/ tired buzz. A happy buzz.
Great for the mental health in my opinion.
Iโd just got new running gear when I injured my knee so that does suck!
Iโm looking forward to getting that Lycra back on and getting my feet on the ground. ๐๐
