Not run again for sometime due to injury. It kind of sucks but I donโt want to cause my self more injury. Iโm jealous when I see people running and hear all their great stories on here. ๐. Iโm doing stretches twice a day. Still possibly fancy yoga but would need to squeeze it in to an already hectic schedule!
Iโm toying with the idea of cycling for a bit to build strength but also giving my legs a less high impact workout.
I miss the feeling you get when your run is done. Itโs a sort of warm/ tired buzz. A happy buzz.
Great for the mental health in my opinion.
Iโd just got new running gear when I injured my knee so that does suck!
Iโm looking forward to getting that Lycra back on and getting my feet on the ground. ๐๐

End up of the month the physio said. Still get a few aches from my knee.
Just going to ease back in to it at the end of the month I reckon.
So the โYogiโ is still creaking/cracking whilst doing the moves so whether itโs working is beyond me ๐ I have noticed that I donโt ache so much and especially my lower back but thatโs just core strength increasing and less cake helps too. Not long to wait until you get get going (only few more weeks)
Have you thought about doing Miles for Mind in May if your able to ? I know few people on here doing it and you can choose your distance. Have a look at one of my previous posts if you fancy it, plus you get bling at the end ๐ฅ

Iโve done Pilates classes which is very similar....just gets expensive. Only thing with You Tube you can turn it off and put the kettle on โ๏ธ ๐
๐ absolutely! Iโm a runner even when not running so shall wear them with pride ๐ I know some people say why do people wear leggings extra all the time. But the truth is they are super comfy. I found that when I went from shorts (cold legs) to proper leggings (wonderful ๐)
