I know everybody says it but it’s so hard to believe when I can barely get through 90 seconds of running 😂 but still I dragged myself out of bed and did it in the rain.
My calf muscles seem to really struggle when I’m jogging. Any tips on how to warm these up before hand?
Also is it normal to walk faster than you run? I can just about pick my feet up off the floor when I’m jogging 😅 on the plus side a lovely lady stopped me and gave me words of wisdom on my way out. It’s so weird how suddenly I’m this person who runs and people acknowledge that!
