So after I failed my last run - Week 5, Run 3, I haven’t done any runs at all. Been over a week now. What shall I do? Redo all of week 5? Give the last run a go anyway? I’m not particularly fit anyway so not sure if manage it.
I can’t believe I’ve let it slide when I had religiously been running on my designated days. I think I let the fact I didn’t complete it get to me.
But onwards and upwards now!
Any advice appreciated!

Go and do W5 run 3. Do it because of all you’ve achieved so far. Do it because you want to. It might not be easy but with your positive attitude (which you clearly have - you’ve got this far) you can assure yourself you can do it. Do it slowly. And remember we all get rubbish runs from time to time. Go and enjoy that run. Happy running 🙂🏃♀️
OK Mum, time to stop and think, not panic! You didn’t complete one run (don’t think we’re allowed to use the fail word on this forum!), so normal convention is that you go back and have another crack at that one. You’ve said yourself you’d been running regularly to that point - so deep breath, chin up and get out there - you know it makes sense! Good luck with it and let us know how you get on!
